Orders and Shipping

  • We’ve partnered with Afterpay to offer our customers the ability to shop and pay for their purchase in instalments. With Afterpay, you can pay for your purchase in 4 equal, interest-free instalments over 6 weeks. To use Afterpay, continue to checkout as you normally would and select Afterpay when you arrive at the payment step of the checkout process. Once you select Afterpay and click Complete Order, you will be redirected to Afterpay website to complete your payment and instalment plan.

  • If you have a promo code, please proceed to checkout and use the discount code field to apply it before paying and submitting your order.

    You can only use one promo code at a time per order.

    All promotions and sales, including Black Friday and Boxing Day, and any items that have been marked down, cannot be applied to previous purchases.

  • We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually the same or next business day. If you do need to make a change to your order, like updating your shipping address, please email us immediately using this contact form. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be changed.

  • We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be determined at checkout. Customs charges may apply to international orders. Bather is not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred.

    Please note that orders with Express Shipping are shipped with UPS and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

  • Standard Shipping within Canada (3-8 business days) — $10 CAD
    Standard Shipping to USA (4-10 business days*) — $15 CAD
    Express Shipping to USA (1-3 business days) — $25 CAD
    Standard International Shipping (up to 15 business days) — $15 CAD
    UPS Expedited International Shipping (up to 7 business days) — $40 CAD

    Customs charges may apply to international orders. Bather is not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred.

    *Standard shipping times are an estimate and subject to possible carrier delays.

  • For Standard Shipping, we use USPS First Class and Priority, Canada Post, and APC Worldwide depending on the destination.

    For Express Shipping, we use UPS Express or DHL.

  • All orders placed through bather.com are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Most orders will be fulfilled by the next business day, up to 2 business days during sale periods when order volume is higher. Our team works hard to ensure your order goes out as soon as possible.

    Once your order has shipped, your order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on your chosen shipping method. Shipping times with standard shipping are not guaranteed. Express options are available.

    Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

  • We try to get it right every time, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you have received an incorrect item or you notice a defect, please email us using this contact form so that we can correct the situation.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to make a return, we’re happy to help. 

    All regular priced items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date at the customer's expense. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached and sent back to our office in Toronto, Canada. A note referencing your name, order number, or RMA must be included with the return.

    Bather.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale. All sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding our Welcome Newsletter promotional code), are final sale and not eligible for a return.

    Please note that merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, and Bather’s stockists must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.

  • All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a return.

  • Use the link below to request a return or an exchange. Find your order using your email and order number and select the item(s) you wish to return. If you are requesting an exchange, please note that at this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item (e.g., replacing a defect or exchanging for a different size). If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or style, please place a new order. 

    Once you have submitted your return/exchange request and it has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to our office in Toronto, Canada. Your returned item(s) must be received within fourteen days of your return request being approved, otherwise we cannot process your refund or exchange. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment, minus original shipping costs and package protection costs if applicable, or a new order will be created if you requested an exchange.

    REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Please note that all return items must be inspected before your refund or exchange is issued.

    Additionally, return items from the USA that have been returned to our partner shipping facility in NY will be forwarded and delivered to our office in Toronto, Canada. Once your return items have been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately. Refunds may take a few days for your financial institution to post to your account.
