All our trunks are designed to fit all body types. The best way to ensure you have chosen the right size is to grab your favorite pair of jeans, lay them down flat and measure across the waist in inches. Check out our size chart.
For our swim and surf trunks, we recommend washing them in cold water and hanging them to dry. Although our fabric is tested against UV rays and chlorine, you should still rinse your trunks in the shower or under the tap after wearing them in hot tubs and chlorinated pools to prevent fading.
Our t-shirts and sweats are pre-shrunk and made from 100% cotton. You can wash them in cold water and tumble dry on low.
Our camp shirts are a cotton and viscose blend. We recommend that you machine wash cold and hang to dry or dry clean.
Our Swim Trunk features a 5.5" inseam with an elasticized waist and drawstring, side pockets, a back pocked with a snap enclosure and an ultra-soft mesh lining.
Our Technical Surf Trunk has a 6.5" inseam and is made from 100% recycled polyester made from plastic bottles and features 4-way stretch and water resistence. Our Technical Surf Trunk also has a velcro fly, drawstring and back pocket.

Ordering & Shipping
We’ve partnered with Afterpay to offer our customers the ability to shop and pay for their purchase in instalments. With Afterpay, you can pay for your purchase in 4 equal, interest-free instalments over 6 weeks. To use Afterpay, continue to checkout as you normally would and select Afterpay when you arrive at the payment step of the checkout process. Once you select Afterpay and click Complete Order, you will be redirected to Afterpay website to complete your payment and instalment plan.
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually the same or next business day. If you do need to make a change to your order, like updating your shipping address, please email us immediately at email@example.com. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be changed.
Yes. When you receive your confirmation email after placing your order, you can track the status of your order via the link in the email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier's tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be determined at checkout. Customs charges may apply to international orders. Bather is not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred.
Please note that orders with Express Shipping are shipped with UPS and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

We are offering Guide Shipping Protection to improve your online shopping experience. With Guide Shipping Protection, your order is covered in the case of lost, damaged, or stolen packages. It is optional to add this to your order, however, Bather is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit, or stolen packages.
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please file a claim with Guide. Submit your email and use the last 5 digits of your order number (after '136') when searching for your order.
We try to get it right every time, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you have received an incorrect item or you notice a defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can correct the situation.
Returns & Exchanges
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to make a return, we’re happy to help.
All regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date at the customer's expense. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached and sent back to our office in Toronto, Canada. A note referencing your name, order number, or RMA must be included with the return. If for some reason your items did not have any tags attached, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Bather.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale. All sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding our Welcome Newsletter promotional code), are final sale and not eligible for a return.
Please note that merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, and Bather’s stockists must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.

Use the link below to request a return or an exchange. Find your order using your email and order number and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know which item(s) and size(s) you want to exchange your current item(s) for.
Once you have submitted your return/exchange request and it has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to our office in Toronto, Canada.Your returned item(s) must be received within fourteen days of your return request being approved, otherwise we cannot process your refund or exchange. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment, minus original shipping costs and package protection costs if applicable, or a new order will be created if you requested an exchange.
Update as of April 2022 — We are trialing working with a thrid-party carrier account to offer international return shipping labels for our customers in the USA. When submitting your return request, you can request a shipping label for $15 USD. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can send your return item(s) back by packing and dropping it off at your local USPS post office. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the selected refund method. Please note that this return method is optional. You may continue to ship your return a carrier of your choice if you prefer.
