Order Processing and Shipping

All orders placed through bather.com will be processed in up to 1-2 business days and are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Once your order has shipped, you will receiving a separate email with a tracking number to follow your package. Standard shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping rates for domestic orders within Canada and orders to the USA start at $10 CAD, or free for orders over $150 USD. Please continue to checkout to see all available options and rates for international destinations.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details. Bather is not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred.

Bather is not responsible for any damages or lost packages incurred during transit. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. In the case of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, please reach out to the shipping carrier so they can investigate.

    Return Policy

    We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need tomake a return,you may return your item(s) within 14 days from when your order is delivered for a full refund, minus original shipping fees. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached, and returned to our office in Toronto, Canada at the customer's expense.

    All sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding our Welcome Newsletter promotional code), arefinal saleand not eligible for a return.

    Bather.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale.

    Merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, and Bather’s stockists must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.

    Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the issue.

    Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

    Defective or damaged items must be reported before being worn or washed. We are unable to accept or verify claims of a defect or damage if the issue is reported after the item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

      Return Procedure

      Use the form below to request a return or an exchange. Prepaid return labels are available when submitting the return request. The cost of the prepaid return label ($15 USD) will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed. 

      Once you have submitted your return/exchange request and it has been approved, pack up your return item(s) with the RMA form and follow the instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to our office in Toronto, Canada. 

      If you opted to send your return with a prepaid label, print out the label and affix it to your return package. Drop it off at the designated carrier.

      If you opted to send your return with a carrier of your choice and are shipping from the USA, you must mark your package as "RETURNED GOODS" with no commercial value, and list the HS code 9813.00.00. In the case that the return package incurs additional import fees and these details were not provided on the label, your return package will be returned to you.

      Your returned item(s) must be received within fourteen days of your return request being approved, otherwise we cannot process your refund or exchange.
