Shipping and Return Policy
Order Processing
All orders placed through bather.com will be processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Once your order has shipped, your order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on your chosen shipping method. Shipping times with standard shipping are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for domestic orders within Canada and orders to the USA start at $10 USD, or free for orders over $150 USD. Please continue to checkout to see all available options and rates for international destinations.
Customs charges may apply to international orders. Bather is not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items
Bather is not responsible for any damages or lost packages incurred during transit. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. Customers have the option of adding Guide Shipping Protection to protect their package in the case it is stolen or lost or damaged in transit.
Return Policy
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
All regular priced items are eligible for a return within 20 days of the fulfillment date at the customer's expense. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached and sent back to our office in Toronto, Canada. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return.
Bather.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale. All sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding our Welcome Newsletter promotional code), are final sale and not eligible for a return.
Please note that merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, and Bather’s stockists must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.

All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a return.
Return Procedure
Use the form below to request a return or an exchange. Find your order using your email and order number and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please note that at this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item (e.g., replacing a defect or exchanging for a different size). If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or style, please place a new order.
Once you have submitted your return/exchange request and it has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to our office in Toronto, Canada. All returns shipped back to us with a prepaid return label will incur a $15 return fee which will be deducted from your refund. Your returned item(s) must be sent within one week of your return request being approved, otherwise the return label will be voided. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment, minus original shipping costs and package protection costs if applicable, or a new order will be created if you requested an exchange.
Important: US returns sent to our shipping partner's facility in Sanborn, NY will take an additional week after being marked as delivered to be forwarded to our office in Toronto, Canada.
