All full-priced items are eligible for a return within fourteen business days. Items must be un-worn/un-washed with the original packaging and hangtags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. If for some reason your purchase did not have any tags attached, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
www.bather.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale.
Return Policy - Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return. All items purchased with a promotional code are also a final sale and not eligible for a return.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org , with the subject line “return: your name: order number”.
Return requests must be emailed within seven days upon receipt of your purchase.
In your email please specify the reason for the return, as well as the style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return.
The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to www.bather.com within fourteen days of the return request.
If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the seven and fourteen day timeframe, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

Once your return has been received by us, you will be refunded the amount paid on your credit card, minus original shipping costs.
Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.
Goods returned in a worn or washed condition, and/or without hangtags attached fall outside the return policy guidelines – a refund will not be issued and will be sent back to you at your expense. www.bather.com reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Please understand that www.bather.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
