All regular priced items are eligible for a return within fourteen business days. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. If for some reason your purchase did not have any tags attached, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bather.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale.
Please note that merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, and Bather’s stockists must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
Return Policy - Sale Items and Promotional Orders
All sale items, including items purchased with a promotional code, are final sale and not eligible for a return.
Please email email@example.com with the subject line “return: your name: order number”. In your email please specify the reason for the return, as well as the style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return.
Return requests must be emailed within seven days upon receipt of your purchase. The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to www.bather.com within fourteen days of the return request. If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the seven and fourteen-day timeframe, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.
